As technology increases, companies should adopt appropriate technologies under the guidance of reliable personnel.

Organizations can adapt the learner-guided approach in several operations. For instance, they can use the learner-guided approach to ensure individualized instructions. Technology is essential in facilitating the learner-guided approach. Innovative technology is vital for the learner-guided approach for two reasons. One, it enables more accessible access to information through the internet and other applications like email.
