Importantly, social institutions such as schools expose the learners to an enabling environment where they can gain various insights that enable them to succeed in life. In the postindustrial society, division of labor is a common aspect that is used to make work easier. By introducing individuals to the group mentality, it became easier to approach difficult situations and incorporate collective consciousness in realizing the desired objectives.
