I have four years of experience from two renowned organizations where I have been able to boost my skills and expertise in the field. In my area, I have worked as the HR executive leader for one year, where I have been a member of the management team in my former company. I dealt with innovative, dynamic policies, programs and aim initiatives that optimize the morale of the workers and boost the company productivity. I was also mandated with providing ongoing progress to the company CEO and any other relevant feedback.
I have undertaken numerous training and development course in the field of Human Resource Management, where I have been continuously reminded of what my role entails and updated on the recent trends and any updates in my area. I also have several accolades and wards for, my performance in the HR field, for my excellent contributions to the firms I have worked in. I believe that the accolades are a reflection of my hard work and passion in the HR filed.
