Based on the questionnaire outcomes, I scored averagely on my administrative skills, indicating a need to focus more on understanding the different roles and responsibilities outlined in the managerial roles. My leadership score indicate that my interpersonal skills are higher than my administrative and conceptual skills. However, striking a balance is important because of its impact on my perspectives towards work. Besides, maintaining healthy relations with individuals without having a grasp on my assigned roles and responsibilities has a negative impact on my overall performance as an employee.
For a long time now, I have realized that I am good at managing people’s expectations and exposing them to the right resources, which facilitate their ability to accomplish different goals and objectives. On many occasions, I use my intuition to guide other people into making informed decisions that enable them to achieve their desired outcomes. However, the distribution of resources to different individuals is a primary problem that I am looking forward to solve, moving forward. I intend to utilize my emotional energy to motivate other people within my circle.
Given my inability to solve emerging problems in the workplace, I am certain about my abilities to focus on my interpersonal skills to build healthy relationships with other people. From now henceforth, I will be solving problems whenever they arise to avoid postponing outcomes that have a negative impact on my perspectives towards life. By developing a strategic plan to achieve my assigned roles and responsibilities, I am positive about my ability to improve my conceptual skills.
