In my experience, transformational leaders accomplish their desired objectives with ease because of their ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in the work environment. Employees prefer a leader who understands their needs and exposes them to an enabling environment where they can achieve their desired objectives without encountering any challenges. Considering the efforts of different company managers to develop tailor-made programs that suit the needs of employees, organizations benefit from the ability of individuals to engage in creative activities that focus on accomplishing the desired objectives.
