From the results, I can say that I adopt a compromising style to conflict resolution since on average, I scored highest on matters how I approach conflicting situations for both individuals. The scores depicts that when interacting with these individuals, we make sacrificing as part of the goal to reach a common agreement, leaving each one of us satisfied. A compromising style ensures complete resolutions on contentious issues, which thwarts any negative feelings since it balances the needs of the conflicting parties. Moreover, the willingness to compromise shows a sense of maturity and willingness to become a team player. Competition on the other hand is the least style to be relied on since it has the least scores. People with this style may find their own way of dealing with the disagreement thus creating more conflicts.
