Justification

The purpose of this project is to ensure that there is an upgrading of the Jackson County Library. This is to ensure that the quality of education and acquiring knowledge in the region is enhanced and that the youths of the county can engage in activities that improve their well-being. The current library and infrastructure in the country are outdated and need to be improved to be in line with the contemporary standards of the state-of-the-art facilities.

Business Objectives

• To ensure that there is an increased technological capability for the public library
• To help improve on the infrastructural designs of the library, b upgrading all the important facilities
• To help improve the quality of learning facilities within the country and help empower the youths to be better

Project Deliverables

The project deliverables for this project include the project plan, the reports concerning all activities to be executed, signed contracts, Finalized expense reports, and the daily minutes by the project team members (Simmons, 2020). Other deliverables include the construction, hardware and software to be used, contracts, and the test assessment results.

Project Exclusions

For this project the exclusions will include:

• Costs and risks arising from natural occurrences such as floods and earthquakes (Smith, 2017).
• Unforeseen site conditions
• Warranties for work which is not [art of the project
• Increased Insurance
• Any Work Not Indicated on the Project Plan

Constraints

The three key constraints likely to affect the project completion include time, money, and scope. There is also a likelihood of other constraints such as risks, resources

and methods of undertaking the construction process.

The project assumptions will include:

• Key project member’s availability.
• Supplier delivery times.
• Supplier performance issues.
• Accuracy of the project schedule dates.
