  • Apply ethical principles and laws/legal standards and address how the Belmont Report relates to the proposal.
    • Summarize concerns for participant protection (confidentiality, vulnerable groups) and concerns regarding making the results of the program evaluation public (available for public dissemination versus only available to program administrator).
